I upgraded to 150MB for an additional 20rmb so my plan is 206 a month. I did not have to put down a deposit and it works in my Iphone 3G from america that is jailbroken. when i do speed tests it is around 400kb/s I just signed up for the 186 plan in Chengdu and did not have to put down a deposit. it is fast enough to skype over and watch my slingplayer. but it burns up too much bandwidth.
